The building industry production chain in Brasil integrates the virtuous cycle in which the economy of the country lies upon and is characterized as one of the engines of this process. This scenario is not only the result of the favorable macro-economic environment but also the institutional progress and economic policies achieved in the last years. The consequence is a business environment, which is very promising with the expressive expansion of credit for housing and a gradual improvement of infrastructure projects.
